We haven’t been this excited about new artists in a while.
August ushers in the arrival of PVSSYHEAVEN, an experimental electronic producer and singer that gets it ..she just gets it. You can’t teach certain intangible aspects, and this Brooklyn, NY creative brings a refreshing since of style and nuance to TESTIFY.
This month also features the Perth Records family and their endless creativity. Yegua and his forward thinking HOST EP kick off Testify. We also included new signed Perth artist Merca Bae, and his aggressively bass-laiden edit of Get Right Witcha.
And we had to playlist newly released ‘On A Side A’, from Deffie featuring Dwayne Jackson. Its the first track off his upcoming EP, “FR FR”. Lawrd help that bass modulation and Dwayne’s sharp and poignant flow. Immediately got our attention. We’re looking forward to the hearing the rest of FR FR when it drops in the coming months.
