TESTIFY 2017 END OF THE YEAR PLAYLIST

It’s been a great 2017.

And Testify Playlists have been at the heart of S3R’s Identity and content coverage. Exposing the under-exposed, giving the hyper creative, marginalized, and infinite a congregated place to be discovered and discover each other is at the core of what we do. We simply give what inspires us.

And I’m excited to say we’re officially ending this year firmly rooted in that ethos, with some of the most unapologetic artists, subcultures, communities and expressions in our #TESTIFY Video and Music playlists.

Testify Video includes the wonderful mind and music of Daniel Johnston, VICE VERSA, Macy Rodman, Drag War, Neptune Prince and the ‘Kids Behind Bars’ telling prison documentary.

The 83rd is an American record producer, engineer, songwriter and founder of Sermon 3 Recordings. The 83rd started his career on grammy winner Maurice Joshua's production team in 2004, commissioned to do remixes for Mariah Carey, Missy Elliott, Ginuwine and more. Since then he's gone on to produce, engineer and remix artists such as Alice Glass, DJ Slugo, Dreamcrusher, Angel Haze, Jamie xx, Tinashe and Copeland, alongside many others. In 2016, he founded the media-label merger of Sermon 3 Recordings, operating as S3R, an underground record label and leading news outlet for underground music, news and culture.
